Automatic reel-to-reel modular silk-screen printing machine with pneumatic mechanical operation

This machine is provided with special modern electronic devices which, together with a stout steel structure, allow to obtain a high-tech printing line suitable for any labels, including self-seal ones.



The machine consists of:

• unwinder
• silk-screen modules
• hot printing module with two independent electronic foil-pitch feeds
• diecutting module
• discarding rewinding unit
• a special brake for incoming material allows a constant stretch of the material
• material stop through suction during printing
• UV drying

The electronic pitch-feed works with two measuring units: millimeters and inches. In order to fully simplify the centering operations, silk-screen modules, hot printing modules as well as the diecutting module are provided with longitudinal, transversal and rotatory adjustments.
Frames and spatules can be easily cleaned without affecting centering, since the printing unit can be splitted in two parts.
